Service description
Calendar Sync is a subscription-based calendar synchronization tool that helps you connect and sync calendars across supported providers such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple Calendar.
Using the service
- You must connect only accounts and calendars you are authorized to access and sync.
- You are responsible for reviewing the sync configuration you create and the providers you connect.
- You agree not to use Calendar Sync for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse, interference, or attempts to bypass service limits or provider restrictions.
Accounts and connected providers
Calendar Sync may rely on provider identity and connected account information to keep your account, calendars, and billing state associated with the same user. If you disconnect a provider, future syncing for that connection stops unless you reconnect it.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
- Each plan controls how many pairs of calendars can stay automatically aligned.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or manage billing through the available billing flows.
- If you downgrade below the number of calendar pairs you have configured, extra calendar syncs may remain visible but paused until you upgrade again or remove enough to fit your plan.
- If you cancel a subscription from within Calendar Sync, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period and no immediate refund is issued by that in-app cancellation flow.
- If you do not have an active subscription, you may still be able to access parts of the app, but automatic calendar updates can be paused until you subscribe again.
Availability and changes
Calendar Sync depends on third-party calendar providers and billing systems. Availability, timing, and behavior may be affected by those third-party systems, API changes, outages, rate limits, or revoked permissions.
The service may change over time as features, providers, security controls, and compliance needs are updated.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calendar Sync is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every third-party provider will process every update without delay or error.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calendar Sync is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
Business details and governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without limiting any mandatory protections available under the law where you live. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a competent court in Sweden unless mandatory law requires another forum.
