Disconnecting a provider
You can disconnect a connected provider from the admin area of Calendar Sync. The current disconnect flow removes that provider account and its stored calendar records from the app-managed user data for the disconnected connection.
Disconnecting a provider also stops future syncing for that provider connection unless you reconnect it later.
What disconnecting does not currently do
Disconnecting a provider is not the same as deleting your entire Calendar Sync account, deleting all sync-task history, or removing all billing-related records. If you need broader deletion, submit a manual deletion request.
What happens after unsubscribe or downgrade
- If you do not have an active subscription, automatic calendar updates can be paused until you subscribe again.
- You may still access admin and connect calendars while automatic updates are paused.
- If you downgrade below the number of calendar pairs you configured, extra calendar syncs can remain visible but paused until you upgrade again or remove enough to fit your plan.
How to request full deletion
Use the contact details listed on the Privacy Policy page with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include the email address associated with your Calendar Sync account.
A manual deletion request can include removal of your app account records, connected provider records, calendar sync configuration, sync mapping data, run logs, and other app-managed data associated with your account, subject to any records that must be temporarily retained for billing, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
Deletion timeframe
Calendar Sync aims to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Billing records
Subscription billing is handled through Stripe. Some billing records may need to be retained by Stripe or by Calendar Sync for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance even after a deletion request is completed.
